If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase you may return "UNUSED"
product for a refund within 30 days of the original
delivery. A restocking fee of 10 % will apply.
We can exchange your "UNUSED" rain
chain for any other rain chain on our website of comparable
value within 30 days and we may then waive the 10% restocking
fee.
Refund will be for the merchandise amount only and
this does not includes shipping charges.

- Your valid E-mail address and Phone number.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 3 weeks of receiving the returned item.
